Engine not hot, 180+F , is it scan the ECT what does it read.
dampers stuck closed
heater core clogged

1 day at time, right?
engine no heat, there ,no heat on toes.

lean to use a scan tool , it will show ECT readings wrong
or that HVAC dampers stuck
called DTC errors. got errors/??????????????????/

Is the vehicle getting up to normal operating temperature? This could be a thermostat not functioning properly. If the temp is normal the heater core is likely plugged. You should have a shop flush the coolant system. If your still not getting hot air you should have the heater core replaced.

1996 Saturn SL, Heater fan runs fine but no heat. Starts with a tad of heat then blows cold. Any ideas?

The plenum may be cracked, check for air blowing out where it should not, or the blender door is not opening, a cable sheath may have popped loose, or the heater core itself is clogged with leaf debris blocking air flow..

2005 jeep liberty blows cold air through the heater.

could be the thermostat if it was just stating to go bad, could also be a vacume problem not letting the door for the ac/heat close all the way for a few min.and if its really cold out like below 35,then its going to take longer to warm up,my jeep takes like around 20 min at idle to warm up.yours could be a case of over cooling in cold weather too ie(electric fans on before it warms up)that would be the thermostatic sensor.

it could be many things, maybe compressor heats up and shuts down, or cooling fans are cooling condensor or expansion valve is bad, a good tech will be able to diagnose this,
