The fuse must be in the main fuse box. The position and function of the fuses is normally marked on the inside of the fuse box cover and also in the owner's handbook. If you don't come right with these, work your way through the fuses looking for a blown one. To ease your search the side lights fuse it should be around 15 amps.
If you have that much pressure, it looks like you might have already overheated the engine and blown the head gasket. Is it heating up very quickly from a cold start and does the water start coming out of the cap almost as soon as you start up? Your fan may have stopped working first causing the problem. When the radiator was put back in was the fan reconnected? Have the system pressure tested and if the head gasket is leaking you will soon see as the pressure will drop. The radiator company should be able to put a tester on it - probably won't cost anything. At the same time ask them to check all the ran fittings.
i presume its a tu engine!? these are very good engines and have been known to survive a broken cam belt. i would try one on it before replacing any valves mate
Have you tried calling a local Junk/Auto Salvage Yard to see if they have 2003 2.7 Diesal there and if there is a owners manual / owners handbook in it that you could purchase? Many of these places will simple give you these manuals/handbooks free. The hardest part is finding a place that has your make, model and engine size and type (diesal). This way also you have a place you know you can get spare parts if needed.
You can spray solvent into the lock...Do it several times and use the nozzle extension to really get in there. If that does not work, you will need to remove rear seat and use long extensions to unbolt lock from lid.
