Question about 2000 Chrysler Concorde

No fluid going to back beak calaper hard line all good but there is a little black thing comming from the hard line to the flex hoze what is that could that be my problem?

I can not remove the rotor off 2010 town and country, There is no clips on studs and brake calaper is removed. Any ideas, I have beat on it pretty good but it will not budge

I know your having a hard time..... But dont fret it'll be just fine..... Your right ....there is nothing that binds them.....PB Blaster works miracles.... Stinks but works great.....
Spray it on heavily all around
Hammer (with a rubber mallett only) all the way around
Spray more
Go inside sit down and have a glass of tea and take a Tylenol
Go back out hammer a little and there u go..... Hope that helps

I have a 1996 GMC c2500. It had both rear wheel cyl. leaking and I replaced them. When I tried to bleed them I have no fluid to the rear. I checked at the master cyl and I do have flow there,but there is...

I take it you are trying to bleed the rear brakes and are not getting any fluid. When you are not getting any fluid to the rear only. It can only be two things. The per portioning valve. This is what supplies the brakes on the rear with only 10% breaking.

I have a problem with my brakes they will not pump up and i put a new master cylinder on it and still nothing what should i do

You need to PRE bleed the M/C. Aftermarket parts stores have a little kit that has hoses that screw in where the beake lines go, then the other end goes UNDER the fluid in m/c reservoir. Pump until no more bubbles, then do not let m/c run low of fluid during the balance of the bleeding... if you do not pre bleed, you may never get function.
This presumes that all 4 wheels have had brake inspections and are okay....

I have a 2000 ford ranger thats leaking brake fluid from the rear everytime i hit the brakes it shoots fluid from the little thing in the back that splits the brake line i was wandering what the piece is...

It is called a splitter block. But it is more likely to be a bad line going into the block. Check to see if and of the lines going into the block are rusty and start with that line. Clean it off as good as you can and have someone press the brake pedal while you look to see exactly where the fluid is leaking from. If one of the lines is leaking, its best to replace all of them as another one will be leaking soon. If it is in fact the splitter block, it will be a dealer item only. Good luck.

Remove and replace rotor on the front of an LX station wagon

Start by jacking the car up, place on jack stands for safwety, You will see the brake calaper which holds in the shoes, you will see two bolts which holds the brakes together, remove these bolts, then remove the pads. Remopve the bolt and pen holding the rotor on, take the rotor to a brake shop, see if it can be turned instead of having to purchase a new one. When replacing the brake pads you will have to use one of the pads to push the pressure plate back into the calaper to replace the pads. You may want to remove some of the brake fluid so it wont over flow when doing this.

How do I remove the front brake rotor on my 2003 jeep liberty

Well depending on your machanical ability you should be able to pull this off. First things first. When you have the rig jacked high enough to take the wheel off. Place a jack stand under the A frame. Or block up under neath , let the jeep down with the jack until it is firm and can not fall down on you. Remove the wheel. You have to remove the calaper. This holds the disk pads 2 long bolts on the back side of calaper have to be removed. Now try rocking the caliper back and forth as you pull up on the part. If your lucky it will just lift off. If not. you will need to back out the bleader screw. this is a nippel looking, drain spout, for the break fluid. Fluid should run out a little. Now with a flat bar spreed a part the caliper so it is lose on the roter, becareful not to chip the break pad.
Hopefully its removed by now. In the center of the rotter is a metal cap. Remove the cover which looks like a cup. Use a flat blade screw driver and hammer , place the blade next to the rotter surface and between the cap. tap it all around the edges and pry it off.In side you will find a nut with a cotter pin, remove the nut, and pull the rotter off its Axel . The bearing that came out with the rotter needs to be kept clean wrap it up in a rag. when you put this back to gather. put in a new one if it needs it. A good parts man at the local store can tell you if it needs to be changed. 1 more thing after you put it back together you will need to purge the air from you brake line . If you opened the bleeder valve. They call this bleeding the breaks.You will need a helper with this.Tighten up the bleeder valve,With some one in the **** pit have them pump up the break pedal until it is as hard as they can get it. Tell them to hold it there firm with out letting off. Next you need to turn back out the Valve and let the air and fluid out. have something on the floor to catch the oil. That some one who is holding the brake down should feel the pedal go down slightly. now tighten it back up, as so not to pull air back into the line. Repeat e few times until just a steady stream of oil, squirts out. Your breaks should be ready except for refilling the break fluid [oil] at the reservoir. There you have it, except for a few scraped knuckles and a few harsh words.

Thats funny and im right their with you. Well im sad to say but your just going to have to put some more elbow grease in it. Use some channel locks on it. It will come off. And if the filter is bad why are you worried about damaging it? lol
