I'm guessing PM means Preventive Maintenance.
I would at least get the timing chain/belt replaced.
If this hasn't been done before: Brake fluid, Steering fluid, Transmission fluid, and Radiator Coolant. Just like any fluids, it's breaks down over time and mileage by turning dark.

Belts and hoses would be a visually inspection.

Hello: You should be ok making the purchase but I highly recommend purchasing the extended warranty for 100,000 miles. Best to buy the GM warranty. Run a car fax on it.

I have a 2004 GMC Envoy with 99326 miles and the service engine soon light is on. Is it time to service my car for a tune up and what is invloved in a tune up and what would be my estimated cost?

The best thing to do is to take it to a shop with a diagnostic machine and have the run it on it. That way you will find out exactly what is wrong. And its time for a major tune up at 100,000 miles any way.

I have a 2004 Chevrolet Malibu Maxx. My gage is indicating that my car is trying to run hot however not reaching the red zone. No lights or indicators on. What could this be?

Check the coolant level. Recommended service interval of the dex-cool coolant is 5 years or 100,000 miles.Make sure the right coolant is in it.The dex-cool is orange/reddish in color and specifically on the bottle. The thermostat could be stuck as well.

What is recommended replacement interval for the 2004 CRV water pump?

Like on any other Honda engine, there is no recommended time - well maintained a water pump should last as long as the engine. But as a precautionary measure you should replace it every 100,000 miles.

Hello, according to Snap-On / Shopkey / General Drivers,
For your 2004 Ford Taurus:
1. Inspect Accessory Drive Belt 2. Perform Multi-Point Inspection (Recommended) 3. Replace Engine Coolant 4. Replace Engine Oil 5. Replace Engine Oil Filter 6. Replace PCV Valve 7. Replace Spark Plugs 8. Rotate Tires.
This is going by the general consensus from Snap-On tools and Ford Motor Co. Hope this helps :)

My 2004 GMC Envoy SLT has 7,500 miles and due to the fact that I've been working overseas for the past 5 years, it's been sitting in storage, with frequent start-ups and is driven every couple of weeks....

While it never hurts to change the fluids, that may be unnecessary in some instances. The oild should likely be changed, as well as a new filter. The coolant may not need to be changed since it is designed for about 100,000 to 150,000 miles. The transmission fluid and brake fluid will be okay, as will the power steering fluid. The gasoline may be a different story unless you have added the necessary additives. Not certain how many gallons may be in your tank, but if it's all of that age and has not been stabilized I would recommend draining the tank (and maybe changing the fuel filter once you have burned through a few tanks of gasoline. the fuel filter in underneath the vehicle, costs about $20 for the part and $20-30 labor to replace.
