My isuzu trooper won't start Because an alarm

I don't know how to disable the alarm for your Trooper. With most cars however, if you open the drivers side door with the key, and insert and turn the key to try to turn it on (even though it won't start) that should disable the alarm.

It sounds like your battery may be completely dead and needs to be replaced. ORielly's auto store will check /charge your battery for free. You'll just have to unhook the battery and get a friend to take you.

You should look for the alarm fuse and relay and replace them.
Is it the factory alarm or what brand?

just a suggestion to check the main fuses under the hood that controls the ignition.These are usely big square fuses

If the battery light is on, I strongly suggest that you have the battery charged. It can be an indication of a weak battery or a faulty alternator. If the battery light still on after charging then the problem will surely be on the alternator itself. If that's the case the alternator should be replaced to resolve the problem.

If the battery won't hold charge even on a new alternator then the problem will be on the battery itself. It surely is in the end of it's service life and replacement will be necessary.

You may try to reset it to by removing the positive battery connector, letting it sit for at least 5mins. then reconnect it again. This will reset the system and can get the battery light off.

There are fuses associated with the security system that you might try pulling out. The car may not start though if the circuit is not made.

You might want to consider buying a new remote. It can be programmed to your car and you can leave the security system intact.

Hi the alarm and locks dont need resetting they do themselves is it the remote locking fob thats at fault ?
If so put the key in and turn to ign on then press both buttons on the remote fob that normally does it if not its the isuzu dealer and tech II you need.

It sounds like you have an aftermarket alarm system, if it's not factory. First check your key rings, did the vehicle come with a remote entry/alarm? If it did and just stopped working, check the battery and replace it. If there is no remote, there may be a small toggle like switch under the driver's side dash pannel, someware lower tord the petals. if not, try leaving the key in the ignition in the "on" position with the door open before you try reconnecting the battery. Try that, and if that doesn't work still, disconnect the wires (black and red usualy) to the alarm horn, where all the noise is coming from. Good luck!
