    might try tracing down the fusible links and check them. Don't over look fuses and relays. good luck

Sounds like one or more fusible links/maxi fuses are blown. They are located in fuse block located under hood.

I have a 1999 ford windstar with three diffrent fuses blown. The automatic seats,the windsheild wipers,and the back left brake lights.I dont have a owners manual so how do i tell which fuses are blown...

Your going to need help.
Replacing the three fuses,won't correct anything,they will just blow again.
Find a shop, that sort of favors doing electrical work

The fan is located under the windsheild wipers. The windsheild wipers will have to be removed. Then remove the plastic shroud and wiper motor and assembly. The fan is located in the middle under the windsheild. If your feeling the AC you can check the stepping units located on the AC unit behind the front console under the dash.....KEH
