Sometimes my nissan 05 pathfinder if in idle after using it the whole day the oil indicator light goes on! I just did an oil change! when i bought it they had a new oil but change it anyways just to make sure but it still lights up when idling after using it almost a day and it doesnt have leak!

the pickup tube in the bottom of the pan may be plugged up.
Is the inside of the engine slugged up?
is the oil clean?
if it is dirty inside the engine, you can add a quart of auto trans fluid to the engine oil. it has a lot of detergants and can sometimes break up some sludge related blockages.
It is best to change the oil in a couple of days after adding the ATF
Another thing i have done to try clearing any blockage to the pickup tube, is to remove the oil filter and with an air hose and nozzle, blow into the oil ports and listen for bubles in the oil pan.

A. When you start your car check you oil preacher gage and see if it is jumping if it dose check you oil dipstick it mite be low on oil or time for a oil chang. If you car is not low on oil or your oil is not thick and creamy or watery then thar is a good possibility that you oil pump is on it's way out
