Not enough oil getting to the hydraulic tappets is highly likely - check the oil, if it is black and dirty change it - change the oil filter too / if its still tapping then the only other things it could be are (in order of expense AND probability) :
Partially clogged fuel pick up pipe (in the oil sump)
or Worn Oil Pump.
Hope an oil and filter change does the trick, otherwise you'll need to take off the sump and clean/replace the oil pick up pipe (the pipe is more likely to clog if you do lots of short trips, or drive in a dusty or very hot environment - lots of hill climbing and towing also make the oil burn and stick to the pick up pipe due to the extra heat the engine makes when given hard work) - fingers crossed this fixes the problem and you don;t have a worn oil pump - but even an oil pump isn't mega-expensive.

Therefore,I am pretty sure that its oil Pump could be part of the Problem ,But i Think its Hopefully just a Worn Lifter and Not a Cam Shaft.Although these Engines are Prone to Tap a Little anyway.Crossing my Fingers. Thanks For your Help."
