1st torque settings 50 to 60 ft. lbs. 2nd 80-90 ft' lbs.

try bleeding the fuel sytem you have a airlock!

I would advise to refrain from driving until you know where it is coming from. Only a suggestion. Check any and all parts that would be in motion while running such as belts,exhaust shields, moldings on the underside. Try to do this shut off,chalked wheels, on the ground if possible.
