Dash light came on, I have a 2002 f-250 7.3 diesel, light has arrows with 2 rows of dots, upper right hand part of dash light area

That light indicates that it is time to replace your air filter. After replacing the filter you will want to reset the lamp. On the air filter housing is a filter indicator. It is a small (2" round) cylinder with red, yellow and blue colors on it, as well as 2 wires. Push in the rubber yellow cap on top of the cylinder until you feel a snap and see the yellow plunger in the cylinder move. This should reset the light.
I hope this helps

Speedometer stopped working and mileage has dashes in display

Replace your speed sensor. Your speedometer is controlled by a sensor in the transmission, and when it goes it can cause irregular shift patterns, check engine light, abs light, ect. It's a simple fix, but the part is kind of expensive, generally between $75.00 and $100.00.
