I have a 2001 Dodge Durango, when the headlights and parking lights are on, the lights flicker very quickly, when this happens you can hear a switch or a relay clicking in the fuse panel,i replaced the headlight switch this didnt solve the problem.i also switched the two relays in the fuse panel and problem didnt go away (the relay is what is clcking i dont think its the relay i think something else is causeing the relay to click) when you remove the relays the headlights still work i think the relay is for the park lights? any suggestions (the truck does have an alarm system and the park lights flash when the alarm is activated ) the problem seems tobe happening more and more often?
I had a similar problem on my 2001 Caravan. Turned out to be a loose connection between the frame control module and the fuse box. I unscrewed the frame/front control module from the fuse box and bent the tabs slightly to make better contact. Then tighten down the module securley. Need star driver to loosen screws
