Well the first thing I would want to know is if the rear heater core is getting hot. You can check the heater hoses if they are accessable, or pull the cover off the unit next to the third row seat and check the core.
Hello and welcome. this almost always a bad seat heater element in the seat. the first thing that will need to be done, is have the seat control module scanned for trouble codes. also will need to check the seat heater elements resistances.
You should start by checking your fuses under the dash. Should be a small panel under the dash or on the side of it. The panel has a legend which shows the position and title of each fuse.
this is a common problem if you use the seat heater alot.one or both of the seat heater elements will have burned up or broken.where i live it is very cold most of the time and i have replaced hundreds of the seat heater elements.it is rare for it not to be one or both of the elements.
