No resistor - there is a blower motor control processor attached to the blower motor housing under the dash on the passenger side. You should be able to get at it by removing the kick panel under the dash - just follow the wire harness to the processor connector.
FIRST CHECK FUSE,MAY HAVE POPPED OUT A LITTLE AND NOT MAKING GOOD CONTACT OR THE BLOWER MOTOR RESISTOR IS BAD,LOCATED NEXT TO BLOWER MOTOR,EASY TO REMOVE,2 SCREWS HOLD IT ON AND IT'S PRICEY FOR YOURS.
The blower motor speed dropping resistor is located under front passenger side of dash (remove the cover under the dash to see the parts) next to the blower motor
It may be blower motor failure,I would suggest you replace the blower motor and also replace the blower resistor.The motor is located under the passenger side of the dash,Remove the plastic cover to access it.The resistor is located on the same side also.
