If you didn't have a problem with the wheel before you started the job, you may not have the pitman arm aligned properly on the shaft. If you are sure that's ok then move tie rod adjustments equally in the direction you need to go. (example: if wheels point right with steering wheel straight, turn right side in several turns and left side out the exact same number of turns). Or, have the toe in re-set at an alignment shop.

Hi.. i have problem in my grand cherokee 1997 6cyl, when i shift the gear from P to D and stay pressing the brakes, the car shakes too much and th rpm goes very low ( below 0.5 rpm) especially when i turn...

Sounds like a grabbing clutch in the gearbox. What is the condition of the fluid in the box, if it is thin and black changing it now may just be in time - hopefully. If not it could mean a transmission overhaul.

When start move forward, it is hard to turn steering wheel to right side

But it turns to the left OK? the streering gear is the only thing that can power one way and not the other. Some 4WD can have troble with the outher U joints or CV axel but that is mostly both ways not one way only

NO 2 WHEEL DRIVE

You can't put the transfercase in nuetral the car won't move its prolly a all time 4-wheel drive if there isn't a 2-wheel sign on the gear shifer then it's a all the time 4- wheel drive

Check fluid to make sure it's full. Did you check to make sure that when you move the shifter, the transmission shift lever on the case moves? Assuming it's an automatic, if fluid is full and linkage moves properly, has fluid been changed? If not, do it! (including filter) If when changing fluid, you find an excessive amount of fine metal or clutch material in pan, chances are the unit has worn out and needs rebuild, If everything inside is clean & good then finish with change and check results. If still having same problem it's likely internal or if electrically shifted, a shift module problem etc.
