I am working on a 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan.Front defroster fan wont blow (rear is ok), fuses and relays are ok, doesnt seem to be any power at the fan.If I checked the right wires (two larger gauge wires twisted together, black and green, at the passengers feet area).
Check the switch most used part usualy wears out if you know there is no power at the fan motor wires yes the twisted wires, then i would look at switch next.
Does the Front Blower work on High Only? If so then it is definitely the Resistor, as this a common sign that the Resistor went out.
Since you have already checked the Fuses and Relays, then the only things left are the Motor and Resistor.
If you can run a long jumper wire straight from the Battery to the positive connection of the Motor and the Motor runs, again it is the Resistor and it needs to be replaced.
