116 = engine coolant sensor out of range 172 = Right O2 sensor stuck on lean 176 = Left O2 sensor stuck on lean 181 & 189 = fuel system lean 332 = EGR valve not responding correctly I would recommend you have the codes cleared and see how many come back a second time, then troubleshoot those. Since the O2 sensors are working, it could be a vac leak or low fuel pressure among other things.
its the tube going from the egr valve to your exhaust it have carbon build up and you either have to replace it or get a metal coat hanger and clean it out.
