Sync the sync in my car isnt working it only charges my ipod but wont talk to me or nothing like that, it doesnt ask like ''please say a command when i press the sync button in the steering wheel

If it isnt turning over you may just have a bad battery connection or ground.They may have taken your starter out when they rebuilt the trans and maybe a wire is loose or came off.
Please dont think Im talking down to you when I ask this, but did you try turning the steering wheel? If the steering wheel is got tension on it ie against a curb, etc then the key wont turn in the cylinder. If that isnt the case then if you have the inclination you can try taking the steering column apart and replacing the ignition switch, or get it towed to your mechanic...
Are you saying the blower motor isnt working? Does the heat blow? If it doesnt replace the blower motor. If car isnt making cold air you can charge it yourself or go to auto zone the should do it for you. Check ac belt.
It will not function until it has a refrigerant charge. There is a low pressure cycling switch in the AC compressor that will not let it function with low pressure. The system should be filled with PAG oil and refrigerant as that is what lubricates the AC compressor keeping it from destroying itself.
Under the dash... in the duct work for the vents... you will see a coonector that goes to the side of the duct work... and a part held on by two or three screws... that is the resister block... remove it and replace it
im not sure what year your truck is but fords have a starter solonoid on the passenger fender and that is where you need to start to do voltage checks. later paul
