2002 dodge grand caravan - 50k mi. bought it used 6 mnths ago, have used a/c & heat with no problems. Recently - the blower (fan) only works on high - no other settings. Any air lines I need to look for - if so - where should I look - not wanting to completely tear dash apart.

Sound like a problem I have ahd before, unfortunately it sounds as if the fan switch has given out. You will need to remove and replace. On a Caravan it is not hard but you do take the bezel around the radio and a/c off and then remove the a/c controls in order to remove the swicth.

2002 dodge grand caravan heater blower only works on high spped

If you are looking for the fan blower resistor, it is located behind the glove box. No tools need to get to it and a nut driver to remove the 2 screws to replace it. A 20$ part.

Heater fan regulation

2002 Grand Caravan. The rear heater also has a resistor for the fan speed control.(3 speed) It is located under the rear passenger side plastic cover. You can take off the rear tail gate lower plastic piece and this will let you pull out the side panel. You can reach in and take out the two screws that hold in the resistor and unhook the wiring adapter. You do not have to take off the whole side panel as you can reach in from the back. The resistor unit can be bought at you local dodge dealer.
