P0140 - 02 Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected (Bank 1 Sensor 2)
The causes for a P0140 code are few and unless the wire/s has been damaged, replacing the sensor is usually the smartest thing to do.
This code ....If it is a P0036..It means HO2S Bank1 Sensor 2 heater circuit.....This is probably stating you may have a heater vent door inside of dash that is stuck or perhaps broken....This type vehicle has been known for these issues.....Or it could be a simple wiring issue or even a false code....I would take it to a dealer...Or disconnect battery then reconnect and the code will reset itself...If it comes on again have it checked...Brooks
Code 135 is for a problem with the heater circuit in the O2 sensor for bank one sensor one. That is the sensor for bank one in front of the catalytic converter. The sensor would need to be tested to see if the sensor has failed or if the problem is in the wiring.
its sounds like it could be a bad master cylinder with an internal leak.it could also be a problem with the abs hydraulic module that for some reason is bypassing brake fluid within the unit itself.these problems won`t neccessarily turn on the dash light or activate the abs light.

HAVE SOMEONE EXTRACT THE CODE FROM THE CAR'S COMPUTER. IF THERE IS A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON THEN THE PCM HAS A CODE STORED ON IT. IT SOUNDS TO ME LIKE A THROTTLE POSITION SENSOR, BUT JUST CHECK THE CODE TO BE SURE. SOME OF THESE CAN ALSO HAVE A BAD IDLE AIR CONTROL VALVE. I HOPE THIS HELPS YOU TO FIND THE PROBLEM. oh we have a 02 C T & C and our keyless entry for the sliding doors. when the side doors are not closed all the way or opened all the way the keyless entry won't kick in. try doing it closed or fully open, if this does not work try checking the battery in the remote. over all lets put it this way the 02 C T & C is like the best mini van around however it comes with alot of problems from ac. to tail lights
