Sorry i donot have diagram for the procedure. But the procedure is given below:

Each of the headlight assemblies are braced through the radiator support with a pair of retainers. The retainers for the right headlight assembly are in front of the battery. The retainers for the left assembly are in front of the washer fluid reservoir. Remove the retainers by pulling up on the retainer. With the retainers removed, the headlamp assembly falls forward. Reinstall the retainers to the square tabs on the headlamp assembly and the rivet on the radiator support

Theres three screws that go into the headlight assmlys from the top! to remove the housings and then un twist the bulb sockets

Headlight exchange
Above each headlight assembly behind the radiator bulkhead there are two black "handles" that are for the latches that hold the headlights in place. Pull these handles up, and the headlight assembly should slide out the front. You can then replace the bulbs or, if you wish, the entire assembly. When done, just slide the assembly back in place and push the latch handles down. It should take about 5 minutes for each side.

The problems are probably related in some way. Let's reason this out...If there is an intermittent short in the wiring somewhere it could blow bulbs. If you have poor grounds on the MANY ground wires in the car and in the engine compartment, sudden surges could be taking out fuses and bulbs. If you really want to find the solution(s), you will need a wiring diagram of the complete car. You can get one by going to the auto parts store and requesting a Haynes auto book for a 2002 Oldsmobile Intrigue. In it you may find some hints like I gave you. Try to trace the worst problems first so that you can keep the car on the road (pass inspections)...

2002 oldsmobile bravada. Brake lights do not light up when brake pedal depressed, only the top third light lights up. already changed brake light switch and no help.
You may have more than one bulb but i think the lower part is for park lights and signal.Hope this helps.

How do I replace the passenger side head light low beam bulb in a 2002 oldmobile bravada
you should be able to access the bulb from the inside of the engine compartment. if it is on the side with the battery you will likely have to remove the battery to gain access. do not touch the bulb with your fingers as that will shorten it's life.

Two clips in front of Headlight houseing come off,you turn head lamp counterclockwise ,remove and reverse procedure.Dont touch the halagon bulb.Oil from fingerprint will cause the lamp to burn out.
