some cars/trucks arent built for quiet ride

check front-end out, immediately, could be a bad bushing/ control arm, this would need attention, asap, you could lose control of vehicle, or somethingelse is broken, shock, but the control arm / bushing is my bet. get it repaired, unsafe condition !!!

bounce a corner of the car to see if you have more than a bounce and a rebound,if more, then fit new shockers,always in pairs,front and rear.

Sounds like the Spring may be broken or there is another loose front end part such as a ball joint or a spring seat or something like that.

I had a broken spring on my 1990 Cadillac Deville and didn't know it until looking at it up under the wheel, and experiencing a popping or knocking sound when turning.

It could also be the bearing cap area problem.

check your stabilizer links common problem.one will have broken causing your noise.

The "perform ride" stiffens the suspension and the "touring ride" loosens the suspension. (bumpy roads & smooth roads)

Check the anti roll bar links and bushes for wear.

Ball joint , front shocks , Steering arm bush.
