I believe this is a diesel right? If so there is a water drain valve on the bottom of the canister that the lever can leak. Check the oring on the cap to check and see if it is leaking down the side, also check the fuel lines coming out for a leaking or blown oring.

Evap emmission,control sys leak

Do not top off your gas tank. The gas is going into carbon canister which is only for fuel vapors to go into (carbon canister opening near the top of fuel neck near the gas cap). Your flooding the fuel vapor canister with liquid fuel; of course you are going to get a sensor message... 'Evap emmission, control sys leak

P0443 The fuel vapor canister reduces that gas smell on hot days outside/inside of car. The fuel vapor canister fillers bad smells from gas tank on hot days when the gas expands and burps fumes through carbon canister filter. From the canister (gas vapor fumes) goes back into the engine to be burned again...it's a closed loop for vapors to be recycled though engine. Don't worry, once the carbon canister dries out and no longer flooded with raw fuel the code should go away...just don't let the top off fuel tank back flow into the 'Evap emission control' carbon filter near the top and close to the gas cap...:)

P0455 evap emission control system leak (large) on 2000 VW beetle

EVAP evaporative emissions systems monitoring
This system includes the on-board refueling vapor recovery (OVRV) system with leak detection (LDP) pump.

The ORVR system filters fuel vapor through the EVAP canister to prevent vapor escaping directly into the atmosphere.

The engine Control Module (ECM) determines when appropriate conditions are met and activates the LDP to pump a small amount of air pressure into the fuel tank and lines. The pump runs until a pre-determined pressure or time is reached. If the system does not hold the pressure, a fault or DTC is stored in the ECM.

The area this is located is behind the right plastic rear wheel liner cover. You will see the fuel filler neck from there and the rest of the EVAP system. Visual check for cracks on all the hoses specially the hose clamps. There are 3 lines connected to the Activated charcoal canister (EVAP canister fastened to body) that are detachable and use O-rings for secured sealing. Check if O-rings, if damaged, replace.

Wheres the fuel heater an glow plug

The fuel heater is inside the fuel filter canister, in the bottom, the glow plugs are under the valve covers. The wiring is part of the valve cover gasket so be careful to check those the connections they tend to burn up. The gaskets are reuseable if the connectors are good. Check the wire connectors over real good inside the valve covers too.

Codes 1128 300 301 302 303 304 on 2000 accent'' i took my car to auto zone those are the codes. i have replaced plugs, wires, coil and mass air flow sencer and fuel filter could it be the O2 sencer? when i...

Concentrate on code 1128, which is basically telling you the engine has been running too lean for a while now, so that explains the misfire codes, which is the rest of them. The main causes of those symptoms is usually a vacuum leak, plugged fuel filter (which you've already changed) exhaust leak, Canister purge system malfunction, or a weak fuel pump. By sounds of yours I'd concentrate on vacuum leak & canister purge system. If you have access to a fuel pressure gauge, check fuel pressure just to be sure, but I'm thinking canister purge circuit.
