This should come up as a 31 page on how to set up the differential.
well , as with all discs, old player will NOT play all CDs.
not even close.
first ask an old guy for CDDA disk or buy one from walfart.
then try that, only these disks work in all players.
other disks may or will not work.
like DVD-R, CD-R and any other recordable disks will fail.
that is the acid test, if the CDDA disk works (real audio disk)
works then the drive is ok, if not, its bad. simple as apple pie.
thats a lazer problem in the cd usually a cd cleaning disk will sort that problem if not a its the lazer head thats distorted best this to do it put a conversion tape to ipod or iphone and play your tunes off those devices via your tape, there only cheap to buy.
Take a look inside the changer with the holder removed and clean any
contacts you see. There also needs to be the proper amount of electronic
lube inside.
Using a CD lens cleaner is also something to try.
I have one '98 GC 5,2L V8 and remember that the first time I put a CD in my changer it read error, even though it was loaded properly. After pulling out and replacing the holder once or twice it played fine.
Hope this helps; also keep in mind that your feedback is important and I'll appreciate

you may have set the cd burn onto mp3 instead of audio cd... if you're using a program like itunes, you can determine the output to be mp3 or cd audio... hope that helps...
The stereos antitheft isnt armed is it. This makes it so the stereo wont work until it is disarmed by typing in a 4 number code for your car. Its only supposed to arm if the power is cut though such as the fuse was pulled or the battery was disconnected from the car.
More info needed. Is it just a radio, a radio with a tape player/CD? What year is the truck? Is it the original radio? Most original radios have the amplifier built into the radio.
