It may not be a factory installed lift so the power source may not be in the fuse box but external. Possible to trace the feed wire from the lift back to the feed source? Look for a relay.

The Passenger Compartment (steering wheel) box does 2002 to 2007 according to these. HOWEVER, although the same layout, so do different things depending on the year like this one.
The manuals are a bit cryptic using something so straight-forward as 'Tail Light'. The 2010 F550 manual http://www.forddieseltrucks.net/manuals/2010-f550-manual.pdf has a big list of fuses and relays starting on PDF page 306. There is a fuse box under the hood that has the fuses that control the wire harness. There are at least 2 boxes, mine were on the drivers side wheel well near the rear of the engine compartment.
