If there's no fire coming from the coil, it's most likely bad, If it's not firing, your plugs are not firing. Have the coil tested, easily replaced.

I have a 1995 chevy corsica 2.2 4cyc. The car turns over but will not start.

Yellow spark is usually a sign of a faulty coil, but you have two.
So if the coils are not the problem, it could be not enough voltage to the coils or something else.
The coil fires when the ground connection is removed, in your case the coil fires two cylinders at the same time.
I would check battery voltage to the coils thru the module next.

My land rover discovery 1 1995 won't start i get

You need a noid light for that but since they are all not firing it's most likely the cam shaft position sensor. That tells the computer the cam shaft position so it knows when to pulse each injector. Let me know if that's it. The cam shaft sensor should be pretty cheap.

Engine runs rough seems like it stutters but still has a good amount of horse power

A tune up may help, plugs, wires, fuel filter, air filter, if this don't take care of the problem could have a bad coil pack, you can check the coil pack, get some vacuum hose and cut 6 pieces about 3 inches long, put a piece of hose in the plug wire and the other end of hose on the coil, do all 6 wires, do one at a time so you don't get them mixed up, start engine, take a test light hook to ground and touch probe to each piece of vacuum hose, this will short out that cylinder, you should notice engine change, if no change, that coil may not be firing.
