Which of the 3 relays located in the glove box is the starter relay, it is a 1997 chevy 4x4 blazer

The relay closest to the driver's side is the fuel pump relay. The middle relay is the horn relay. All three relays are exactly the same. So, you can switch two of them to see if they both work or not.

Just to make sure, You do know that the 97 Blazer has daytime running lamps. Right? They will come on when you start it.

Headlights dont work, but park lights and signal lights do. all fuses in passenger kickpannel are good. Is there anoyher fuse box.

there should be another fuse / relay box under the hood - the headlamps will probably have a fuse and a relay. if the fuse is ok - try swapping the headlamp relay with another in the box - if all is ok start looking at the headlamp and or highbeam switches

1997 chevy suburban head lights won't turn on but running and dash lights do work

first thing to check is the headlight relay under the hood. the easiest way to check is to swap it with a non-essential relay of the same type, like the horn or a/c. if the headlights still don't work check for proper power and ground in the relay socket.

No headlamps on 97 Mountaineer.

Buy 1 bulb and insert in each socket one at a time. If the low beam does not work on either side you know it is not because of the bulb. Then you will have 1 extra bulb for emergencies. Ask at autoparts about a headlight relay for lowbeam. When you wrote that highbeams work on pullback you did not say if they stay on high. You have "Flash to Pass" for highbeam which can be a different circuit. The automatic headlight switch is yet another set of contacts to go bad. You should set "auto" to off so you are not fighting this feature when testing. Good Luck
