Remove top radiator hose from engine,it is connected to the thermostat housing,remove the two bolts that hold down the housing to the intake,lift off and remove thermostat,clean housing gasket and intake gasket install thermostat with spring facing down in engine,reinstall housing and hose,

you could have a head gasket problem, pull the sparkplugs and check their color any light color like tan on the plugs indicate coolant getting into the combustion , then do a coolant pressure test, it should hold pressure, also make sure the antifreeze is good, water alone will just boil
