Power steering resivoir should be located just behind the serpentine belt. it will have a black cap and should say steering fluid. if your car is a 6 cyliner it should be on the right side. you should be able to see the cap.

Where is the steering fluid located on a 1997 poinitac grand prix

The steering fluid reserve is on top of the power steering pump which is located behind the engine block (between engine and passenger compartment) on passenger seat side of vehicle. The steering pump has a large pulley that is driven by the serpentine belt, it is lower than the alternator which has a small pulley. The steering fluid reserve is directly on top of the steering pump, it's not too easy to reach (you will get dirty) but you can twist the plastic cap on top of it to the left to remove and there should be a dipstick attached to the cap. You may need to use a funnel or tube to add fluid.

Power steering

the power steering pump is mounted on the front of the motor, the pump has a lid which you unscrew to add fluid. if you cant find the pump follow the serpentine belt until it goes around the pump (large Pulley) with about a four or so inch long neck. Make sure you buy the fluid made for your vehicle.
