I have a 1989 buick reatta and the fuel gage stop workin on min it was next it wasnt like it got stuck but put gas back init and still stuck on alil bit under a quater...

Check the fuel pressure regulator,and the fuel return line all the way back to the fuel tank,one ,or the other is stopped up,or the fuel regulator is closed up.I would check the fuel return line first,this is the most likely problem.
hello the only thing i can think of is that motor for the lifter is at fault, the motor has a set of switch on them to stop lifting and dropping if one of the switches has gone it will go off cog and be stuck as its a cog system you will not be able to move motor by hand. i would remove the motor and check to see if you can get it to work on a external power source. hope this helps
If the ecm has the number 1228253 on it that is your problem. These gave a lot of trouble, get a delco 16198264 or newer number to replace the junk 1228253.
