Something with the shift linkage on the transmission is tweeked, try adjusting the cable if it has one or mess with the linkage itself attached to the transmission pan

My trail blazer will shift to park reverse and neutral but not to drive

Have someone check your motor mounts and your shift linkage for wear, binding, and or damage from car accident or from foreign object under the car.
Problem should be in one of those areas.

1998 chevy blazer when we replaced brake booster and now it will not shift out of park whenits started

Not sure I am following your question, or maybe questions.
If you can not shift out of park with the key on, the brake switch on the pedal may be faulty or out of adjustment.
If the warning light is on, it could be the fluid level sensor in the master cylinder, or the parking brake switch.
If you have no brakes after you try bleeding the master cylinder, the rod inside the booster may not be connected correctly. If you replaced the master cylinder along with the booster, you would need to bench bleed the master before installing it in the truck.

2000 cadalic devile thanks it in reverse when shifters in park

Check the linkage where the shift cable attaches to the shift lever on the transmission. If its wore down or broken you'll have to change the cable

My 1996 chevy blazer 6 cyl,4.3 vortec motor 4x4,automatic transmission sticks in park when on an incline, and is tough to shift back to park from reverse even on flat terrain,I have to rock the blazer to...

Sounds like you may have damaged the parking claw. Put the parking brake on when you park on an incline, You may need a new parking gear or gear claw.

2001 chevy blazer motor still runs when foot on brake and key out of ingition

ignition switch is bad ... you should NOT be able to remove the key while running (safety feature on all US cars since 1970's).     Brake switch is hooked into ignition then to shift lever to prevent moving from park unless ke is on and brake is depressed ... your switch (or wiring, but probably switch) is shorted out and/or maybe has mechanical damage (from when the thief tryed to start it with a screwdrive?)
