No heat in my 95 blazer. new stat,new heater core. blower is working

This could be the problem, in center under the dash.

Feel your heater hoses. If both are hot, the core is circulating. If only one is hot-poor or no circulation of the core.
If the heater core is circulating, the temperature blend door may not be working to let blower air pass across the heater core, and into the vents. If vacuum operated, watch the vacuum valves as you move heater controls-you may spot the problem. Check that the vacuum line from the engine to the control switch is working and still connected. If not operated by vacuum, the controls may have cables to the heater case or may be electrically operated. You'll just have to scope it out. Good luck.

if the heater core is good, the hot -cold switch usually located in one of the heater hoses could need replaced or the cable is bad going to that valve. If it is stuck in closed position, you will get no heat

Both of the hoses at the heater core should be hot. If one is cold the heater core is plugged. You can think of it this way. If the thermostat was stuck closed and you checked the upper and lower radiator hoses with the engine hot the upper hose would be hot and the lower hose would be cool because there is no flow. If you check the hoses with a properly working t-stat both hoses will be hot when the t-stat is open and coolant is flowing. Let me know if you have any questions and I'll do my best to answer them. check and see if the heater valve is opening. it should be on one of the heater hoses. If it is open make sure that all the air is out of the engine. check and see if both sides of the radiator are the same temp. They should both be the same. If it was working before you changed the stat, then it could be a bad stat

try flushing the heater core with a garden hose

I had one of these at my shop recently and I fixed it by replacing the heater control panel. I went for the resistor first with a known good one and it didn't take care of it. I bought a new heater control panel and that took care of the problem.
