Cigar lighter (power outlet) fuses in the Scion tC are the fuses #34 "CIG" (Cigarette lighter) and #37 "ACC SOCKET" (Power outlet) in the Instrument panel fuse box. It is a 15 Amp fuse.
ok efi 20 a is for multi port fuel injection system/sequential multiport fuel injection, possible you have a shorted fuel injector, only way to find out is to unplug one at a time and see if fuse does, or does not blow

It sounds like the tire pressure monitor warning light. Does the light look like this? Check and adjust the pressure in all the tires (most Toyotas even monitor the spare tire pressure so check that also). If you find one tire with significantly lower air pressure then the rest bring the car to a repair shop to have them find and repair the leak. Once the air in the tires are correct the light will go off.
