Abs not showing working on car tester, speedometer not working, check engine light on 2005 jeep liberty sport

You say the check engine light is on, if so there will be a system fault code, read that code with a OBD2 code reader

2014 jeep cherokee sport engine light comes on

engine lights also report on transmission faults
take it and have the fault codes read first to find the sensor at fault then make that decision

1993 jeep cherokee loredo wnt start

Hello
The engine and automatic transmission in this vehicles drive train are fully electronically controlled by a computer called the PCM (Power Train Control Module). Whenever a problem like this occurs the computer stores a record of the problem (there are of course some exceptions to this, like the fuel pump, engine coolant temperature sensor and MAF sensor for instance) in the form of a fault code in its memory, to read these fault codes you must have the systems memory scanned with a special tool. Once the fault code(s) are read you then must perform the appropriate diagnostic testing to find and resolve the problem(s) DO NOT REPLACE ANY PARTS UNTIL A TRAINED TECHNICAIN HAS DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM TO AVOID SPENDING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON PARTS THAT MAY NOT CORRECT THE PROBLEM

1995 VW Jetta fault codes will not read

Hi Gregory, take the vehicle for a diagnostic scan. I am not very sure what question you're asking. I believe that you may be reporting that code 4 and 15 are reporting faults. If there are no fault codes the scanner will report 'No fault code" If it shows the two you report, a fault has occurred in those two areas. Regards John

1995 jeep grand cherokee larado engine code reading 34155

Hi Angela:
We cannot understand your "345155" fault code, keep in mind that 1993-1997 codes just have two digits. I suggest re-check to read and note your fault codes acdording with this read codes procedure, with out starting the engine: turn the ignition key on, off, on, off, and finally on.

The check engine light on the dash will begin to flash. The light will flash the first number of the first digit pause and flash the number of the second digit. Example: five flashes, pause, three flashes = Code 53 PCM failure or Code 54 no cam shaft position sensor signal from distributor etc, etc.

Try this and send us this fault code to send you additional detaild.

Hope this helps; also keep in mind that your feedback is important and I'll appreciate your time and consideration if you leave some testimonial comment about this answer.

Thank you for using Fixya, and have a nice day.

How do I get the FCC Code for my 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee

Turn to ON position three times (dont start engine) and read odometer code blink lights; If the "check engine" light illuminates, it will either blink or remain constant, depending on the problem.

This and other additional details can find it in Check Engine and OBD Fault Codes articles.

Hope this helps; also keep in mind that your feedback is important and I'll appreciate your time and consideration if you leave some testimonial comment about this answer.

Thank you for using Fixya, and have a nice day.
