You could disconnect your battery for about 15 mims and that will clear your code's, but your light will come back on again, best thing to do is take it to Autozone they can pull code for you and reset it at no charge to you at leas you'll know why it came on.

Airbag light stays on 2001 buick regal

Has to be reset woth a scan tool that is airbag capable. If it is on due to a fault condition it will not stay off until the fault is corrected. Same scan tool can retrieve the codes. Some parts stores have scan tools that read airbag codes if not most repair shops will do it for a small fee.

Tire reset dont reset

Turn the key to the "on" position, but do not start the engine. Access the low tire reset button by opening the passenger door removing the fuse panel cover located on the passenger side of the dashboard. Press and hold the red "reset" button until the light begins to flash and goes out. Release the button. Replace the fuse panel cover and you should be good to go. If that doesn't solve it and your tire pressures are all correct, then it's electrical. That light is only supposed to come on when one tire reads 12psi lower than the other three.

I have a1994 buick custom regal that the service soon light comes on ever now and then and i have trouble starting the car once it has been started and turned off 3.8 L ENGINE

There might not be anything wrong with the motor, There is a reset switch for the ck engine light ander the dash. Have a mechanic ck engine , he will know where reset is.Might cost a few bucks but why risk motor damage?

Heated seats dont work what to look for?

If the buttons light up when you turn them on then the fuse is good. What usually happens is the element of the heater part burns or break and the heater will not work. This is a 2 part heater. One for the back and one for the bottom. If one goes neither of them will work. You have to ohm both to see which one is bad and replace it.Usually the bottom because it takes the most abuse. If the light does not come on then check the fuses and check connections under the seat.Good luck.

Cear computer codes

Hi

Ideally you need an OBD scanner to clear these codes. You may be able to have this done at Autozone.

An alternative method is to disconnect the cars battery for a minute or so which will reset the computer. However if you decide to do this make sure you have the code for your stereo as you will need this if the stereo goes into safe mode.

Hope this helps. Thanks for using FixYa.
