The rear seats and rear hatch door both have a heavy rattle over bumps. They are built too cheaply.

my XL-7 had a similar rattle when driven on rough surfaces. It was the 2nd row seat travel adjusting bar that was rattling in it's guides. I solved it by putting small pieces of ethafoam (flexible plastic foam) above and below the bar, so that it can still be used, but the sound is gone....

Vibration coming from front axle when coming to a stop it gets worse, brakes are good , maybe cv joint?

if you feel the pulsation in brake pedal when stopping. its a warped brake rotor thats causing it. for bad cv joint symtoms--- Unusual noises when making turns. As you are driving on the road and you make a turn at the corner, if you start hearing unusual sounds coming from under the car then this is one of the symptoms of a bad CV joint. These noises will sound like something is clicking beneath the car every time you turn the steering wheel. Evidence of a damaged boot. Steering wheel feels heavier. The steering wheel will start to feel tighter and heavier and you can hardly make simple turns to the left or right. In severe cases you might even feel heavy vibrations like you are driving down a rocky road.

As for the knobs, if you can pull them right off the unit just go to a scrap yard and pull some off a lower mileage vehicle, doesnt need to be the same exact one alot of gms will share the same parts. or try a site like this https://www.autozone.com/collision-body-parts-and-hardware/radio-knob/gmc/yukon-xl-1500

Best Tires for Suzuki XL7 (2007)

I live in Australia and Hankook have a good reputation here for longer wear and quiter ride than some others and they are well priced, road noise is an issue with some tires so I would get several opinions from tire places but you should get a similar response if you make sure you talk about road noise being an issue,as some tread patterns are designed for being quiet, bottom line Hankook Tires are fine

Passenger seatbelt adjuster rattle.

Are you sure its the b pillar? When driving its really hard to hear noise's. This car is noise prone by the way.

A very common noise comes from the 3rd row lower seat brackets. Drive the car and check for noises from the 3rd row seat bottom.

2004 toyota highlander -

Most dealers will not perform this service, as they become the "final stage manufacturer", and what that means is THEY would be responsible for any claims (liability) that may arise from an accident. Toyota does NOT recommend adding seats, nor do they recommend changing seat types (buckets vs bench). Note that the vehicle is designed with the specific seating positions in mind. To add a 3rd row seat, you would also have to install the proper seatbelts, and secure the 3rd row seats in a fashion that meets NHTSA specifications.
In short, and I apologize for this, please refrain from doing it.
