I think these lights are not related. The ABS light means the ABS is not working, and has nothing to do with the brakes working. You can have brakes and not have the ABS part working. I don't think a bad ABS would turn on the check engine light, but it may.

My Brake light and Abs lights will not go off

Theres a few things, brake fluid could be low, but not really a common thing, you will need to get it scanned usually the front abs wiring to the speed sensors wear over time. And getting it scanned will tell you what has turned the abs light on (code wise)

ABS light comes on in a 1996 pontiac sunfire

usually that means your low on brake fluid, check and add first, also make sure the cap is screwed on and secure. If the light still is on, try shutting off traction control if you have it, drive on some gravel and see if you can hear your brakes winding.
I have a 99 pont bonneville, abs light was on, fluid was full, took off my front two tires, there is a sensor i cleaned out with contact cleaner, and it worked. hope this helps.

My brake light keeps coming on everytime i turn a certain way, and my front brakes are making noise and i just changed them about 2 months ago.

Check the volume of fluid in the master cylinder reservoir. Low fluid would account for an intermittent brake light.
Check to be certain you are not leaking any fluid.
Noises may be from many causes.
Did you "bed" the pads & rotors?

When I'm Driving the Brake light comes on.

You might want to check your brake fluid level. When your level is low it triggers the light on reminding you that your breaks need to be looked at. If your fluid level is fine, it may be a defective fluid level switch or float inside the master cylinder resivoir. Hope this helps you!!!

Electrical failures on 98 Sunfire, 2.2

ABS sensor : If you've been in the snow & slush lately, stop at a carwash & rinse the back side of your wheels off, front, back, over, under, as much as you can, it may be tripped due to sensor covered in dirt or slush and not giving necessary signal. As far as cooling fan coming on, let it sit & idle & watch your temp gauge. When at normal operating temperature + or - a few degrees, it should come on, but watch & see if gauge goes too high towards hot, and it doesn't come on, have fan operation checked.

Brakes pulsate real hard

That is just the ABS system at work. It is supposed to prevent your wheels from locking which often makes the brake pulsate, especially in wet weather or or snow or ice. The only way to really stop this is to disable to ABS by unplugging it and removing the fuse. This will make the ABS light appear in your dash, but your brakes will stop pulsating.
