This is a fairly easy repair. It does not require any technical work at all.It is a job that should take a mechanically inclined person about two hours to accomplish in their garage of their house.Any other questions get back to me....Thx..
The crankshaft position sensor is located between the timing belt pulleys on the left(passenger) side of the engine and has a plug near the top left. Having done this repair on a 2003 sedona, it is NOT an easy fix. Recommend you have the timing belt, water pump and sensor changed all at the same time since this is so labor intensive. Take it to a shop unless you are a really good mechanic. Costs about $600-$700.
