If you're looking to remove the horn...I don't know off hand. If you're looking to rather just disable it, pull the fuse.

SOURCE: 2000 honda passport horn issue

Could be the horn relay, a problem with the blow pad on the steering wheel, or other wiring problem. I would try the relay first.

How remove the crank and pinion on 1999 honda passport

Might want to verify what is it that you are taking off. No such thing as a crank and pinion. If you are having problems with your steering, then you are talking about the rack and pinion.

I would recommend that you go to youtube.com and ask your question there. Another good web site is: 1aauto.com
