My 1992 hyundai sports coupe seems to be flooding itself when they try to start it ... it as alot of get go to start ...but will not turn over.
HI. Two issues here. The first will be with your fuel pressure regulator. this device can fail, mechanically, thus, causing an inappropriate amount of fuel to be introduced into the system. this will cause flooding, due to a ruptured diaphragm. I recommend to have this device inspected for damage.
The second issue will deal with a failed injector(s). Injectors can fail In this way, as well. This device can become filled will debris, thus, causing the mechanism to not close completely. This will cause flooding, in this case. replace any injector that is damaged in this way(stuck open).

Both issue will require you to De-pressurize the fuel line, and tank assembly. Anytime you are dealing with a flammable situation, this will require special attention to detail. Use extreme caution. The pressure regulator is located on the actual fuel line assembly(basically a plug- n- play device). The injectors are not easy to troubleshoot. I recommend to allow a professional service tech to administer the injector testing procedure.
