For the most part you open the hood and turn the socket and the bulb come out if you have an autozone near you they will install it if you get the bulb from them and thats about any auto parts store
I have a 2008 mazda3 the other day my left front bulb went out and for the 2ed time. so I decided to replace them with the h7 55 w bulb the same one recomended buy my dealer. after the bulbs where in i pulled in front of my gerage to check to see if the beams were stright and they were,But inoticed that the light covers had two white marks where the light beams were hitting somthing was happening they were literaly melting at the beam impact spots on the couvers. I took shout off the lights and took my car to the dealership...still waiting to see if this is covered under bumper to bumper warenty ?? this is the thried Mazda i've bought and have never even heard of this.....anybody else??

Have you ever opened the hood of a Mazda 3? No you cannot just open the hood, turn the socket and the bulb comes out. Maybe you have some special tool but no adult can can just reach down and pull the bulb out, there is no room.
Maybe there is a difference between the Mazda 3 HB and Sedan. I have a Sedan and looks like I cannot get to the bulb without removing several parts of the grill.
