There are bearings but they do not have to be pressed in you can use a rubber mallot and tap them into place only the inner bearing needs to be tapped in

Changing front rotors

Capri rotor replacement is only done by a mechanically inclined person with tools. The rotors have the front bearings pressed in, so the rotor must be removed from the axle. Bearings must be pressed in, and preload must be adjusted for the new rotor. If you do not understand any of this then find a mechanic. Expect to pay at least $150 per rotor replacement.

An alternative is if you can find a junk yard Capri with decent rotors, then it can be installed onto your vehicle without the need for a mechanic to do bearing replacement. Keep in mind though that the junk yard Capri may have bad bearings...Good luck...Chris

How do you change a wheel bearing assembly 1991 honda accord exr

sorry to say this but i own a full repair shop and hate when these come in! with out the correct tools it can't be done without wrecking everything. the rotor is pressed onto the hub and the hub is pressed in to the bearing and the bearing is pressed into the spindle and to remove the rotor you need a tool that cost 200 bucks and i don't think they rent it. but if you get the rotor of then remove spindle and it is as simple as any other wheel bearing if you have a press!.

good luck

Removing rotor on a 1991 toyota 4x4 pickup

You have to take apart the 4x4 hub to get to the lock nut for the bearings then you have to reome the hub and rotor assy, then you have to press the wheel studs out to remove the rotor, then reverse the process.
