No signals or hazard lights, both fuses are OK.I can hear the solenoid when the turn signal is operated. Is there a separate under dash relay, if so how do I identify it?

Turn Signal/Hazard Lamps
When the turn signal switch is placed in either the left or right position, a ground signal is completed from the turn signal switch to the BCM. When the hazard flasher switch is activated, a ground signal is completed from the turn signal/hazard switch to the BCM. The BCM then sends an ON-OFF voltage signal through the fuses to the appropriate turn signal and side repeater (export only) lamps or to all of the turn signal fuses for hazard operation. The driver door switch and passenger door switch also receive voltage from the BCM turn signal supply voltage circuits for the mirror turn signals. The door switches have no function or control of the mirror turn signals other than a pass through connection for the circuits. The audio chime is also activated when the turn signals are ON. The instrument panel cluster (IPC) receives the signals to activate the turn signal indicators over the GMLAN serial data system. When the hazard switch is pressed, all turn signal lamps will flash including both IPC turn indicators.
Check the fuse labelled "hazard"". If OK then change the hazard switch. The switch not only turns on all signal lights but also switchover from hazard to turn signal. Usually both circuits uses the same flasher relay.
I think you might have a separate flasher for the turn signals under the dash. The turn and hazard flasher would look alike. Turn you hazards on and find the flasher for it under the dash. You will probably be able to feel it working and hear it clicking. The other flasher under the dash is for the turn signals. Try replacing that one. I think it was in later years they began to combine the two into a single composite flasher.
There are 2 separate flasher relays. 1 for the turn signals and one for the hazards. I believe you have a bad flasher relay for the turn signals. The location of that is in the front seating area on the drivers side, under the dash on the drivers side of the steering column, mounted on support bracket. I provided a picture of what it should kind of look like although the picture I gave you is an aftermarket one so the color and such may be a little different but will look the same. Don't get it mixed up with the hazard relay which is located in the front seating area on the drivers side under the dash above the kick pane lmounted on top of the convenience. I am almost 100 percent sure the flasher and hazard relay are the same so if you want to just swap them out in order to have turn signals that should work. You won't have hazards however. It is usually under the dash on the drivers side or in the fuse box. Make sure you find the right one since many times the hazard lights have a separate one all it's own. So find the hazard flasher by turning them on and don't change that one.
well, first off, check your fuse. yes, there is a separate fuse for the hazards and blinkers. if that's not it, its possible your relay went. is there, or was there at any point a strange buzzing under the dash for a little bit?
