Good chance it's the rubber gasket on the filter it self, if the filter was put on with out oil on the gasket or the filter was put on to tight will cause a oil leak. it's also been know for the oil filter to be too lose also and oil will leak through, replace the filter.
Are you sure its the filter, is the right filter on the car, and is it the oil preasure switch thats leaking, and to answer your guestion the threaded stud that the filter screws on to is replaceable, but dont know how that would cause a leak, wash it down then run engine and wash closely to were the leak is coming from. hope this helps.

First, make sure there isn't an old filter "o" ring stuck to the filter adapter. Sometimes when removing the old filter, the "o" ring stays, and this will leak oil, after installing the new one, as you will have two "o" rings together.
If this is OK, then inspect the adapter for cracks, or bad threads. The adapter is what your filter threads onto, and this is replacable.
