Question about 2000 Lexus RX 300
Tail lights don't work. Fuse is goo and bulbs are good.
Check for voltage at the fuse and at the light bullb socket.
If you have juice at the fuse and none at the bulb look for a short.
You could have a broken ground wire too. So try grounding the bulb with a test light.
