Temperature valve is most likely the issue. but you said you changed the actuator? what one? the one for the mode control? what climate control do you have automatic or manual?

okay thats the temperature valve as gm calls it or alldata atleast. now if that has been replaced the only other thing that could be bad is the wiring to it or the auto controller it self. i have seen more auto controllers go than i have seen wiring issue's.

check fuse # 21 it is a 10 amp fuse in the fuse block inside of car. then you can check if there is battery voltage at the sensor and ground at the actuator/sensor. the brown wire to actuator/sensor is battery voltage with key on and the black is ground constant. the light blue is the signal wire from the controller and will need a deep understanding of electical circuits to understand what needs to be on that wire and a labscope to acturatly read it. so if you have power and ground and the fuses are good check to see if that light blue wire is not broke from controller to actuator/sensor and if all is good i will have to advise the controller is bad.

okay have you check the fuses? very easy to over see and forget about! can you check the power and ground to the actuator like i wrote in the last comment? because if you change the controller and the actuator the wires and fuses is all that is left. there is nothing else man nothing.

you will need to do some testing to confirm so your not changing stuff for nothing like you have been. don't worry i always learn the hard way to. lol... but let me ask this where did you get the parts from and have you confirmed they are good? if used did you see them work and if new they could be faulty. don't assume! test! test ! test! it is the only way to do it right and not waste any more money and time. th man. let me know what i can do for you to help more. there is nothing common other than them to things because they are the most used parts.

How come i dont get no heat?

The heater core may be plugged with rust. Good way to test it is with the engine warmed up put the controls in heat mode and then go under the hood and locate both water hoses going t the heater core. Hold on to both hoses to see if the temperature of both hoses are the same. If not, no water is getting into the core. . If the temp is the same, then control vacuum is not working. There is a check valve in the line to the control head that prevents vacuum fluctuations from moving the blend door when accelerating. Check it.

I have a 99 s10 blazer that has auto climate control issues. If I set the temp knob to 82 it blows hot for a minute and then cools off to lukewarm, but if you open the window it blows hotter then you can...

It sounds as if the climate control temp sensor is bad or may be too much resistance on that circuit. Too much resistance can cause the control head to read the signal wrong.

Blazer heat will not turn off, fan works fine. but the tempture will not go to cool

Since you have climate control There would be three possibilities. 1st Would be the blend door actuator, Which you said they replaced. Did they make sure it worked? 2nd would be the controller itself, not opening or closing the blend door. 3rd would be that the A/C is not working or isn't fully charged. Just because the compressor clutch kicks on and is turning, doesn't mean the system it working properly. I do all my work with a set of high and low gauges. Not the best, but they work. Even a little humidity in the system will raise the temperature coming out the vents. That's why A/C places have machines to pull a vacuum. Taking it to a dealer they should have caught everything. Blowing hot air all the time

There is a door that opens to the heater core. When the vacum control in the dash gets old the diaphram gets to flimsy to close one port so it puts vacum to all ports. Therefore there is not enough pull to engage the vacum motor to move the trap door.Change the switch in the dash. Check to make sure that there isn't an obstructing object in front of the door before you buy a new switch
