1994 ford escourt clutch will not disengage fully, tried bleeding the hydralic clutch but still not disengaging fully. Any sugestions

could be slave cylinder or clutch master cylinder. might also be the throw out bearing binding up on the shaft not allowing full movement.

I HAVE A MANUEL 2003 CTS.WHILE DRIVING THE CLUTCH WENT DOWN LIKE A 1/4 WAYS TO FLOOR FEELS REAL WEAK.I KNOW ITS HYDRALIC .FEELS LIKE THERES AIR IN THE LINE .LIKE IT NEEDS BLEEDING LIKE...

Unfortunately, it sounds like your pressure plate is going bad. That is the larger part in the following picture. When you depress the clutch pedal it pushes the throw out bearing (the smallest round part) against those center "feelers" and that disconnects the clutch (the next size down round plate) from your engine flywheel.

Normally you would replace all three parts at the same time.

Where do u adjust ra rodeo clutch?

The clutch is hydralic and there is no adjustment. If it is not operating properly then you will need to have the hydralic system and/or clutch repaired.

Is there any adjustment on the Hydralic cluctch , or could it be slipping because the marster cylinder is gone?

Clutch systems need to be closed and full to work properly. On some hydralic systems there is an adjustment you can make. If there is one it would be an adjustment on the clutch pedal itself, you can usually adjust the rod and length or shorten it so you can push the plunger further into the master.

If you know your master cylinder is leaking, that would be your problem. Replace the master cylinder and then bleed your clutch system as recommended.

Clutch pedal will depress but will noy spring back??

POSSIBLE CAUSES TO YOUR CLUTCH PEDAL PROBLEM. COULD BE BRAKE FLUID LEVEL LOW CAUSING YOU TO GET AIR IN THE HYDRALIC SYSTEM.IF FLUID WAS LOW CHECK FOR FLUID LEAKS AROUND LINES TO CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER AND CLUTCH SLAVE CYLINDER.IF FLUID LEVEL ALL GOOD. LOOK FOR A BROKE CLUTCH RELEASE BEARING OR FORK.CHECK FOR BROKEN DIAPHRAGM SPRING IN CLUTCH PRESSURE PLATE.

2008 corvette 11,200 miles on it clutch won't release

YOUR WARRANTY SHOULD FIX IT. SHOULDNT HAVE TO FIX YOUR SELF.POSSIBLE CAUSE CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER FLUID LEVEL.IF LOW CHECK MASTER CYLINDER SLAVE CYLINDER LINES FOR LEAKS FIX AND BLEED CLUTCH HYDRALIC SYSTEM.IF CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER FLUID LEVEL OKAY.THE CLUTCH DRIVEN DISC PRESSURE PLATE NEED ADJUSTMENT.I WOULD LET YOUR FACTORY WARRANTY FIX IT.YOU SHOULDNT HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING.JUST MAKE SURE FLUID IN CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER NOT LOW WHEN YOU TAKE IT TO DEALERSHIP.IF THEY CHECK IT OUT FIND ANY KIND NEGLECT TO VECHICLE.THEY WILL NOT PAY.THEY WILL FIX BUT YOU WILL PAY OUT OF POCKET EXPENSE.

think the thrust bearing has gone or the spring on the pressure plate has broke ,either way its a new clutch unless you have broken clutch cable

Cant keep fluid in my clutch. i fill up my clutch reservoir and it just leaks out of the transaxle right away

The hydralic slave cylinder is embedded inside the throwout bearing which is your leaking problem. The trans would have to be removed to replace this bearing. It is unlike the older models which had a external one mounted to the side of the trans or mounted on the frame
