When i get to the speed of 50 to60 then slow down to about 40 then speed back up to50to 60 the car shakes really bad while pushing on the gas paddle. what could be wrong. thanks for your time

bad worn tires or the transmission is jumping ex your doing 50 to get to 100 kmh the rpms bounce from 1500 to 2300 but no movement till 2500 rpm wich could do that or else you need a front end allignment

When the truck gets up to 60-65 mph it shakes real bad. and then when i hit the brakes the rear of the truck acts like it is bouncing. just replaced the front brake rotars last week and had tires checked...

do you feel any vibration when braking at lower speeds like 30? if any vibrations happen only when braking, fix those first. I suspect there is a rear brake problem. also verify that the driveshaft and universal joints are good.

Truck starts bouncing when you drive at take off and 60 miles hour speed

You probably have bad shocks. Check them by pushing up and down on the bumper and let go. Good shocks will make the bounce stop after a few times. Where as, bad shocks will keep the bouncing going for a while.
