2005 Mercedes E320 slow speed hesitation

The car is a 2005 Mercedes E320 and when slowing down below 15 mph with rpm below 1500 and foot off the accelerator, such as making a turn at an intersection and drifting around for about 75-100 feet or so, and then pushing the accelerator to pick up speed, there is a pause as the accelerator is pushed and then the rpms jump to 2000 or so and the car lurches forward.

Sound like your ac clutch is sticking. Make sure your ac clutch is working properly. If so check your alternator.

Remove the dinger, this is your frendily goverment telling you to slow down. Now they can send you a speeding ticket using your own car computer and GPS.

The RPM of Nissan Altima stays high when drive over 65 MPH.

No....the rpms differ from engine to engine and from manufacturer to manufacturer. RPM's are always higher at higher speeds.
