Question about 1990 Buick Century
Code 26 is caused by the quad driver module receiving an incorrect voltage.
Check your battery charge/voltage is sufficient - a dodgy battery can mess with this. Otherwise check the QDM and wiring for faults.
I'm reasonably sure your code 27 doesn't specifically refer to another problem in that model
