You can use KYB Gr-2 Shock absorbers in the rear and front.

WORN FRONT SHOCKABSORBERS NEED TO BE REPLACED ONTO A 2005 ISUZU RODEO UTE. DO I NEED TO COMPRESS SPRINGS.

Short answer is no.
Unbolt it at the bottom, compress the shock by hand, then unbolt the top and remove.

jack vehicle up ,then put jack under the side you want to change and take weight of vehicle -just - the undo shockabsorber and the front radias arm bolt and then lower it down ,just change the spring and then jack it up again and refix the bolts your took out
